Following Covid-19 restrictions & the fact the AGM for 2020 has not occurred the Currawong Committee would like to advise that the financials for 2019-2020 were accepted on 3.12.2020 & have been submitted to Consumers.
Membership fees for 2020 / 2021 have been reduced due to previous Covid-19 restrictions regarding the reduced availability of courts.
In 2020 the Committee welcomed Ken Kwei who has taken over the role of Membership Secretary & Julia Schena who has taken over the management & updating of the Currawong Tennis Club website & Facebook page.
As the Committee received Neville Thomas’ resignation in 2020, the Committee on behalf of the Currawong Tennis Club would like to give a big thank you to Neville Thomas for his contribution & support with the various voluntary roles he has contributed too & the time he has given to the club, teams & committee at various times during the last 27 years that he has been involved with CTC.
The Committee would also like to say thank you to our outgoing Membership Secretary Jesamine Chin who has done a remarkable job over the last 3 years and for the handover to our new Membership Secretary Ken Kwei.
All players on the court MUST be members or the club has a risk of possible closure by the council.
